Universal Groceries, 2256 Broad St. (Cheese and ham found with mold and frozen food thawed; three exterior doors had large gaps inviting pests; fruit flies found around garbage and dead flies found in freezer; three-bowl sink not being used to immerse equipment for cleaning; person in charge not performing duties.) Imperial Palace, 4646 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek Township (Severely dented and swollen cans intended for use and sale; uncovered food in walk-in cooler; no PH thermometer in sushi bar; repackaged food incorrectly datemarked; Person in charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of the state food code.)
